I have a 2022 XT6 that I get serviced at Joe Bullard Cadillac. I am very pleased with the high level care that is shown to their customers. 9/9/26 was no different other than having Mr. Bobby as my POC. He is top notch!!! Thank you Mr. Bobby for taking care of me and my vehicle. I was even afforded a loaner as my service would take three hours. THANK YOU!!! The Service Department Team greets you promptly upon arrival. There was an issue found during routine inspection. The issue was taken care of during my visit. The team is exceptional in caring for the customer and their car. Nick and Bobby are amazing associates. They keep you updated every step of the process.
Seamless visit for a "routine" oil change & tire rotation. Also, managed to get rear brakes and rotors done! Service writers are always on their game!

Very professional, Didn’t have tie exact 20’’ tires so gave me a nice loaner vehicle and let me keep it two days to work around my schedule. All people were very nice
