Friday evening after Christmas shopping our car suddenly had a warning message on the dash and was running hot. Googling it indicated the thermostat was bad. I scheduled online for service but could not get an appointment for several days. I called the service department Saturday morning and explained that we really needed the car. Christian was very helpful and found that there was a cancellation for that day so we arranged to have the car towed. The car was fixed, washed and ready to go before close that day.
