The team is exceptional in caring for the customer and their car. Nick and Bobby are amazing associates. They keep you updated every step of the process.

I took my wife's 2017 XT5 for a transmission service. They quoted me $300. Called me mid service and said it would be $500!!! Im not happy about the bait and switch! Had they told me 500 to begin with it would be one thing, but to jack it up in the middle of the process was not good!
Sold me a 2025 vehicle with under 15%oil life then didn't want to fix for over 3 weeks
We recently had the opportunity to receive a mobile service oil change at home on my XT6. The service department called me the day before my scheduled appointment and confirmed the services I would be needing. The technician, Dylan, showed up on time and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. I was able to work from home during my oil change and cabin filter replacement. I also had the wipers replaced. I would highly recommend this service from Joe Bullard Cadillac to everyone!

I always take my Cadillac here since I got it & have always been treated nice until this time I guess she’s a new lady & not very friendly. From the time I made my appointment she was very rude & my car was supposed to be cleaned but it was not clean by the time I picked it up. Great experience. From the phone call to schedule the appointment to getting my car when done, it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. And that covers more than 60 years. The young lady who answered my call was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer specific questions about my service history and able to schedule me for a convenient time. On 3/25, I took my Cadillac to Joe Bullard to have my air compressor replaced, I explained to the service associate that I had it checked by someone already and was told I need the whole unit to be replaced. Had a great experience with the dealership, went in for routine maintenance.Other problems found & taken care of in a timely manner.
Friday evening after Christmas shopping our car suddenly had a warning message on the dash and was running hot. Googling it indicated the thermostat was bad. I scheduled online for service but could not get an appointment for several days. I called the service department Saturday morning and explained that we really needed the car. Christian was very helpful and found that there was a cancellation for that day so we arranged to have the car towed. The car was fixed, washed and ready to go before close that day. Roosevelt Harris and Caleb Rogers were great from start to finish. However, th 9H Ceramic charge we did not want and was forced upon us and not even sure if this was done or not? So overall we were happy with the transaction except for the 9H ceramic charge which we totall disagree with. Next time we will ensure this does not happen before finalizing the transaction.

Bad place to get used cars. I purchased my AMG GL63 2019 from them in march 2024 and at the time they told me the car didn't have any problems. But after signing the contract, i pointed out a couple of problems that needs to be fixed, they came to get the car and brought it back with a crack on the front window. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I was from out of state visiting family. Explained to the service scheduler that I was up to date on other recommended maintenance requirements with my regular dealership. On the day of service, I was told I needed air cabin filter replaced, alignment and fuel injection with throttle clean, adding $596.59 to my bill. When I questioned if the air cabin filter was that dirty, since all recommended service had already been done, the representative told me these recommendations were based off the mileage of my SUV, and hadn’t even been inspected! ... I received very good service. Jason kept informed about my vehicle. Had a 10:00 o’clock appointment but got in much earlier. Jason helped me with getting a rental car which made things easier. My vehicle was serviced and ready for pick up before 9:00 o’clock the next morning. Great service and great coffee. Everyone was polite and friendly.
Took the car in for first scheduled service. Setting up appointment online was easy and painless. I arrived more than 30 minutes early but they were able to take the car and begin immediately. This gave me time to say hello to my Salesman (AJ) and he was as kind and accommodating as ever. He even arranged for me to receive a discount on the wipers I was having replaced. Used Joe Ballard for 6 yrs. Mostly good. Service guy on my recent services was rude.
Have been happy with my service thus far. However on my last visit the tech found 15 immediate services that needed to be performed, it seemed odd since all of it popped up since my last service. Once I saw the list I was floored considering a few of the items were done just before taking it in for service. I wondered how the tech came to his conclusions. I was completely satisfied with the service I received. I waited for my car while having the oil changed. It wax don in a reasonable time. Doing the multi point check my battery was discovered be bad and was replaced.
Everything was great except the oil stains on the driver side floor mat and driver seat.
Joe Bullard makes sure I’m satisfied. Haley, my service advisor always go beyond the standard of care. She gives me great advise about my vehicle and is very knowledgeable about parts & pricing….Christian is an awesome customer service manager who has resolved any complaints or complexed issues of concerns I’ve had in the past. We brought our Cadillac that is our secondary vehicle in for service. Some of the staff attempted to help, but they lack experience. After bringing the vehicle in twice they were not able to repair it. We will search out another repair shop and we will not return to Joe Bullard Cadillac as it was a most unsatisfactory experience.

This dealership HAS IT RIGHT! The service department is where it's at!! I am on team Halley and Robert. They communicate and are very knowledgeable; explain situations plainly so you understand what's going on with your vehicle. There are no tricks or gimmics. Just plain, old school outstanding customer service. They care and they make every effort to make sure you are taken care of. Joe Bullard Cadillac is the only place I buy and service my cars.
